The commercial-free XRT Xpress parts are simple: zero commercials (and precious little talk) for the hour-and-a-half between 2:30 and 4pm, and the hour between 4:30 and 5:30.
The Freeform at Four segment is harder to pin down, because it’s different every time. One day could feature a playlist linked by Free Association, but we might spin an entire album side the next.
