1 dead, multiple hurt after van overturns on NJ highway
HANOVER, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- One person is dead and several are injured after a van crashed on a New Jersey highway Wednesday morning, prompting the eastbound lanes to shut down.
The crash happened at around 10:14 a.m. near exit 2 in the eastbound lanes of Route 24 in Hanover Township, State Police said in a tweet.

According to officials, the van overturned in a patch of trees down an embankment where some passengers were ejected.
Approximately 15 passengers were injured.
The van may have been carrying a group of workers to a job, CBS2 New York reports.
Officials are investigating what caused the crash.
