NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating after six men were attacked by a group of men with knives and wounded on a Queens street early Monday, according to officials.
At around midnight, the victims, who were all in their 20s, were attacked by a group of men at 111th Street and 43rd Avenue in the Corona section of Queens, according to police.
The incident began when an argument broke out between two of the men, authorities said.
The suspects then began to attack the group with knives, with some victims being stabbed, while others were slashed, officials said.
The NYPD told 1010 WINS that the attack seemed gang-motivated and all victims were being cooperative.
No arrests have been made and an investigation remains ongoing.
