NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is investigating the death of a 65-year-old man found on a Harlem street by officials early Monday.
At approximately 4:08 a.m. on Monday, April 26, a police officer observed an unconscious man in front of 240 West 113 Street.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Mt. Sinai St Luke's Hospital, where he was discovered to have a laceration to his chest and was later pronounced dead.
The Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
