NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 25-year-old man died more than a month after he was shot while sitting inside a Mercedes in Brooklyn, police said.
Police officers found Aaron Williams, of Bayside, inside a Mercedes parked near St. Johns Place and Troy Avenue in Crown Heights around 4:30 p.m. on April 11 with gunshot wounds to his torso, the NYPD said Friday.
Williams was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County for treatment, police said. He was pronounced dead on Thursday, the NYPD said.
No one had been arrested in connection with his death as of Friday, police said. An investigation is ongoing.
