NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating to determine the cause of death of a man who was found on the street in Queens on Monday.
Officers responded to a 911 call of an unconscious man in the vicinity of 38 Avenue and Seaver Way, near Citi Field.
Upon arrival, authorities observed a 40-year-old Jywan Stovall a Westchester resident lying on the ground, unconscious and unresponsive, partially submerged in a puddle of water, and with no obvious signs of trauma observed, according to police.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing.
