Woman accused of fatally shooting ex-girlfriend on Brooklyn street: reports
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A woman was arrested after she allegedly shot another woman, reportedly her ex-girlfriend, at point-blank range on a Brooklyn street Wednesday afternoon.
Latisha Bell, 38, was charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the shooting at Fourth Avenue and St. Marks Place in Park Slope just before 1 p.m.

Police responding to the scene found Nichelle Thomas, 51, with a gunshot wound to her head. She was taken to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Surveillance video shows a woman approaching another woman from behind outside a bodega at the intersection before opening fire.
Bell used to be in a relationship with Thomas, according to multiple reports.
Bell turned herself in at the 78th Precinct station house within hours of the shooting, according to the New York Post.
