The man left in a green Subaru once both refused to accept the CD, authorites said.

Days later on March 8, at around 4 p.m, only one block away from the first incident, police said the same man drove up in the same vehicle to three girls between ages 7 and 10 who were roller skating in front of a house, Friel added.

The man attempted to strike up a conversation with the girls and asked themif they were related before and if they liked music.

He gave them a CD before he drove away, officials said, noting that the man had a small dog with him in the vehicle.

An investigation is ongoing.
