REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (1010 WINS) -- President Joe Biden and first lady Dr. Jill Biden spent the weekend away from DC and in the vacation town of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, where his activities included bicycle riding and attending mass.

Flanked by U.S. Secret Service, the Bidens on Sunday went for a late morning- lunchtime bicycle ride through Cape Henlopen State Park, which sits on more than six miles of coastline.
Passersby clapped and cheered as the couple glided through the park with their entourage.

On Saturday the president attended the 4 p.m. mass at St. Edmond Roman Catholic Church in Rehoboth Beach. He greeted well-wishers who were there to meet him.
