Cuomo reportedly questioned for 11 hours as part of sex harassment probe
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A pair of investigators interviewed Gov. Andrew Cuomo for approximately 11 hours as part of a probe into the sexual harassment allegations he is facing, according to a new report.
Former federal prosecutor Joon Kim and employment-discrimination attorney Anne Clark, who are spearheading Attorney General Letitia James' investigation, hit Cuomo with a "barrage of questions" during a videotaped interview on July 17, the New York Times reported Monday evening.
The interview included "tense moments," including one during which Cuomo "confronted… Kim, challenging his fairness and independence as a result of his past investigations into the governor and his allies," the outlet reported, citing five sources familiar with the meeting.
Several women, including current and former aides to the governor, accused him of sexual harassment and misconduct earlier this year.
