Everyone loves Steph Curry. Even Reggie Miller’s son.
Twelve months and six days ago, Reggie Miller was on the call for TNT Madison Square Garden to see Steph Curry break Ray Allen’s all-time 3-point record. On Tuesday night, Curry had to sit out for the Warriors’ lone visit to the garden, due to a left shoulder injury he suffered last week. Once again, Reggie was on the call, and he brought along his 9-year-old son, Ryker, who was wearing a Curry jersey.

NBC Sports Bay Area shared video of the Millers joining Hollywood director and New York Knicks superfan Spike Lee before the game.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Ryker supporting Steph. In Jan. 2021, the Millers surprised Curry on a Zoom call after he passed Reggie’s career mark of 2,560 3-pointers made for No. 2 all time.
Ryker’s dad loved the 3-pointers, so perhaps it’s no surprise that Ryker loves Curry. Since Ryker was born in 2013, Curry and the Dubs have been basketball’s dynasty. Hopefully they got to meet in person, as Steph was on the bench during the game.
It’s too bad that we didn’t get to see Curry play in the Garden, though, as it was also the site of his career breakout game in 2013, when he dropped 54 points and went 11-of-13 from 3-point land.
