Yesterday, it was reported that famed rapper, DaBaby, was being questioned by local authorities in Miami Beach in relation to a shooting that took place on Monday. The shooting left two people injured.

In spite of the rapper reportedly firing off one shot— in self defense— he is no longer a person of interest. Two people have been arrested though. Wisdom Awute, 21, and Christopher Urena, 29, are currently in custody, according to NBC News.
The arrest report stated that a witness recognized Awute as rapper Wisdom, who was part of rapper DaBaby's entourage. Both Awute and Urena were arrested on charges of attempted murder and assault. Awute allegedly shot someone in the leg. Urena is being charged with additional crimes including theft and a weapons charge.
The shooting occurred near Prime 112 steakhouse, following an argument. It is unclear, at the time, what the dispute was about. Miami Beach police spokesperson Ernesto Rodriguez revealed that one of the shooting victims was treated and released, but the other remains in a hospital in critical condition.
