Waxed, vaxxed and outside is the theme for summer 2021. And while Cash Money Records never stopped taking over at the '99 and the 2000s, Juvenile and Mannie Fresh are back with a special PSA.

The rapper has remixed his classic hit, "Back That Thang Up" into a pro-vaccine anthem. Produced by BLK—a dating app for Black singles— the remix was created in an effort to boost vaccination rates for millennials. Mannie Fresh revamped his verse with bars like "Girl you can be the queen/after quarantine/we could meet up at the spot and we can do the thing."

In lieu of Lil Wayne, the former First Lady of No Limit Records, Mia X hopped on the remix— "If you wanna smash some dude named Scott, go, go, go get the shot."

Juvenile revamped the hook to discuss herd immunity while shuffling vaccination cards. In a press release, Juvenile expressed, "I just wanted to do something positive for my people and to stand in the front to show that I’m willing to sacrifice my life not just for me but also for my family. We don’t know what we’re facing right now but we really do all need to be vaccinated so we can continue to do our thing and survive.”
