2024 brings another installment of the Roots Picnic. The annual musical and cultural experience presented by The Roots and Live Nation Urban will once again return to its longtime home of Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, June 1, and Sunday, June 2.

Last year, Roots Picnic showcased unforgettable sets from Super Bowl performer Usher & The Roots, Ms. Lauryn Hill with a surprise Fugees reunion, Dave Chappelle, State Property, Lil Uzi Vert, and more.
Upholding a tradition, this year the lineup set to take over The Mann in Fairmount Park during the two-day festival will unite “a cohort of generational voices with some of the culture’s most influential rising acts,” as the official press release proudly states.
“Lil Wayne will headline the festival with The Roots, delivering a set highlighted by decades of definitive hits and an immersive celebration of his multi-cultural hometown New Orleans which will include special guests PJ Morton, and Trombone Shorty. Set to co-headline, Jill Scott, coming off the heels of a massive 20th anniversary tour of her 2000 seminal debut album, Who Is Jill Scott?, will continue to captivate with spirit, style, and soul in her hometown of PA.
Victoria Monét, hot off multiple 2024 GRAMMY® Award wins and career-defining LP Jaguar II, will also be joining the list. As well as Nas, and André 3000, who will perform a set from acclaimed solo debut, New Blue Sun.
The “impressive and eclectic lineup” also features Gunna Sexyy Red, Tyla, Smino, Babyface, Adam Blackstone featuring Fantasia & Muni Long, Cam’ron, Wale, Robert Glasper featuring Yebba, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and more. Check out the full lineup below
