Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith were in search of a glow-up… or maybe in this instance, a glow down below.

The mother-daughter duo, plus Jada’s mother, Adrienne Banfield Norris, 67, took part in a vaginal steaming session for this week’s episode of Red Table Talk. The women were candid about the beauty regimen process and how the treatment is meant to penetrate the vaginal tissues.

During the treatment, Pinkett-Smith asks Willow and Norris, “What sensation are you guys getting sitting here?” Her daughter replied, “Definitely a lot of warmth.”

The Girls Trip star went on to explain the benefits and origins of the treatment and told viewers it’s “like an aphrodisiac.” She added, “Yeah. This is real queen throne action right here. This is what I love.”

The installment of Red Table Talk was covering womb health and “the need to continue to work towards owning the narrative around our Vaginas and Reproductive Systems,” explained Pinkett-Smith in her Instagram post promoting the episode.

She continues, “Although the Vagina is one of the most vital parts of a woman’s body, saying the word and talking about it is still really taboo. The Vagina is a very sacred, private area of our bodies but we discuss how the taboo nature of the area and word can keep us spiritually and physically unhealthy.”

During the episode, Jada added, “You know, steaming is an ancient practice that originated in Asia and Africa and it was originally used to cleanse yourself after you finish menstruating … I’ve read somewhere that vaginal steams are like an aphrodisiac."

The actress has been open about women’s health issues. She said, “I just feel like spending time with your vagina in a way that, like, just to show it appreciation and care." Willow agreed, adding, “and to connect.”
