Aaron Rodgers officially signs an extension with the Green Bay Packers

Per multiple reports, QB Aaron Rodgers has signed a 4-year extension with the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers announced March 8th that he would be back with the Packers, and now, he has officially signed an extension with the Packers.

QB Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have officially agreed to a 4-year extension. Rodgers has finally signed the deal according to multiple reports Tuesday morning.

Details on the contract will continue to emerge, but the extension will lower Rodgers' cap hit for the 2022 season.

The new deal will pay Aaron Rodgers over $150 million over the next three seasons.

When Rodgers decides to hang it up, the Packers will be stuck with a HUGE dead cap hit for the following season.
