Jason Quick of The Athletic wrote a piece on second year Trail Blazers, Anfernee Simmons. In a NOT so shocking development, Neil Olshey is not concerned about the young guard's development. Simmons did get off to a good start this past season, but seemed to dwindle as January progressed. He hit a rookie wall. Is this another Martell Webster situation? Should we be patient to avoid missing out on the next Jermaine O'Neil, again?
