MCKINNEY (105.3 THE FAN) - Six months after his arrest in McKinney, former Cowboys running back Darren McFadden now knows the charges he will face.
In January, McFadden was arrested after falling asleep in the drive-through lane of a McKinney Whataburger. The reason for the delay is not clear but police have now charged him with DWI and resisting arrest. He has a court appearance scheduled for October.
McFadden played slightly more than two seasons for the Cowboys before retiring from the NFL after playing one game in 2017.
