Fish asked Irvin why his name wasn't thrown around for a coaching job just like Tony Romo's was?
Irvin replied that he was happy with where he was and advised Romo to do the same thing.
"Tony Romo's phenominial at what he's doing ... It's easy to sit here and look at the film and study it and say, 'they're going to run this, they're going to run that,'" Irvin said. "It's a whole other thing to say you got to control 53 brothers. It's not just about calling plays. It's about dealing with those 53 personalities. ... And I don't care how great you call plays. I'm gonna tell you Tony, stay right where you are. Don't let them sell you on this, man. If you have any questions, call Jon Gruden. He'll tell you how hard that s*** is."
