FRISCO (105.3 The Fan) - Marc Colombo will return as the Cowboys offensive line coach, 105.3 The Fan's R.J. Choppy and Mike Fisher are reporting.

Colombo took over for Paul Alexander after the Cowboys relieved him of his duties in October.

Colombo has been on the Cowboys coaching staff since 2012. The Chicago Bears selected him with the 29th overall pick in the 2002 draft out of Boston College.

After three-and-a-half injury-filled seasons in Chicago, he spent four-and-a-half seasons in Dallas from 2005-2010.

He retired after spending one season with the Miami Dolphins in 2011.
