According to the arresting officer's report, via Greg Auman of The Athletic, Bryant "exhibited several clues of impairment, to include bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech, an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath."

The arrest report noted that Bryant then submitted to a breath test, which showed a blood-alcohol level of .102 and .099, which is above the legal limit of .08. 

He was held on a $500 bond. 

Bryant appeared in 12 games for the Cowboys in 2019, mostly as a special-teamer. He had one catch for a 15-yard touchdown in the Cowboys Thanksgiving Day loss to the Buffalo Bills.
