A Cleburne, Texas native, Robinson played in 41 games in four years at Tulsa, becoming a starter midway through his redshirt freshman season and holding that starting designation until the end of his college career, though his junior season was cut short due to injury.
In those 41 games, Robinson was highly productive, making 132 total tackles, 34 pass deflections, three interceptions, and three fumble recoveries. Robinson is also an ace special teams player, known for blocking punts and kicks.
In his senior season in 2019, Robinson was named first-team all-American Athletic Conference, after finishing with 38 tackles, three interceptions and 13 passes defended.
Robinson led all cornerback prospects with a Wonderlic score of 32 and tied for the lead in the bench press reps with 22. Robinson also had a 36-inch vertical jump and broad jump of 11 feet.
With their cornerback depth solidified heading into next season, the Cowboys can now focus their draft capital on other defensive spots with their remaining picks.
