Cowboys Trade Up With Eagles, Select Wisconsin Center Tyler Biadasz In Round 5

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - With the 146th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys have selected Wisconsin center Tyler Biadasz, moving up via trade in the process. 

It was first trade of the draft for the Cowboys, who sent the 164th pick in this year's draft, as well as their fifth-round pick in 2021, to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange pick 146. 


In three years with the Badgers, Biadasz was a full-time starter from the first game of his redshirt freshman season, finishing his time in Madison following a Junior season in which he was selected as a first-team All American, and won the Rimington Award as the nations best center. 

He was also named as a first-team All-Big 10 performer in 2018 and 2019, and a third-team All-Big 10 selection in 2017 as a redshirt freshman. 

Biadasz comes into Dallas to try and help replace All-Pro center Travis Frederick, who was also a Wisconsin alum, after shocking retired after the 2019 season.
