FRISCO (105.3 THE FAN) - The older brother of Dak Prescott has died at the age of 31.
During last night's draft, the Cowboys put out a statement saying "it is with great sadness and support that we share the news of the passing of Jace Prescott today. The loss of Tad and Dak’s brother is devastating. At this incredibly difficult time, the Prescott family asks only for prayers and respect for their privacy."
Jace Prescott died at his home yesterday but no cause of death has been announced.
Prescott played college football at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. At 6-foot-6 and 343 pounds, Jace Prescott was an offensive lineman for the NSU Demons from 2008 to 2010.
