OXNARD (105.3 The Fan) - The Cowboys are in their fourth day of practice at training camp in Oxnard, California, and there's still no sign of Ezekiel Elliott. 
Dallas elected to sign a familiar face in Alfred Morris on Monday to help add depth and insurance to the running back position while Elliott sits out with hopes of getting a new deal. 

But are the Cowboys, in particular, Jerry Jones, messing this whole thing up?
