— FOX Sports Southwest (@FOXSportsSW) August 18, 2020The 7-foot-3 Dallas Mavericks forward was ejected in the third quarter of the game after being assessed a second technical foul – both of which were very questionable calls.
Porzingis admitted after the game that he deserved the first technical. On that play, Prozingis was called for a foul after he appeared to have a clean block on Paul George's shot at the rim. Porzingis reacted by throwing his arm in the air.
With the Mavericks leading 71-66 and 9:10 remaining in the third quarter, Marcus Morris and Luka Doncic began jawing at each other after Morris grabbed Doncic going for the ball.
As the two got chest-to-chest, Porzingis came in to separate the two with some minor shoving. Porzingis explained that he didn't like the way Morris got into Doncic's face and reacted.
"I got to be smart and control my emotions next time."
