DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - With a conference call with team owners happening soon, Major League Baseball plans to suspend spring training beginning Friday, according to reports.
"The league likely will delay the beginning of the regular season as well" ESPN reporter Jeff Pasan said in a tweet.
