Gurley signed a four-year, $60 million extension with Los Angeles in 2018.
His contract set the parameters for the six-year, $90 million contract the Cowboys agreed to with their running back Ezekiel Elliott prior to the 2019 season. The Cowboys rewarded Elliott with a guarenteed $50 million, surpassing Gurley's $45 million guarenteed contract.
