ARLINGTON (105.3 THE FAN) - The Texas Rangers are close to a deal with Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Kyle Gibson, according to reports.
Gibson, who was 13-7 with a 4.84 ERA in 160 innings, started for the Minnesota Twins last year.
Gibson and the Rangers are in agreement on a three-year, $30 million deal, according to reports.
Gibson was drafted by the Minnesota Twins with the 22nd overall pick of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft.
