March 16, 2020 Jarwin will receive a three-year extension worth up to $24.25 million, and $9.25 million guarenteed, according to Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.
The 25-year-old former Longhorn had 31 catches for 365 yard and three touchdowns in 2019. He's expected to take over as the team's tight end with the expected departure of Jason Witten. Jarwin would still see the bulk of the snaps at the position should Witten return.
