DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - LSU passing game coordinator, Joe Brady, is going to strike while the iron is hot and re-join the NFL.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Brady "has told people today that he is planning to return to the NFL and the Carolina Panthers."

Brady, 30, will become the youngest offensive coordinator in the league, says ESPN's Field Yates.

Under Brady's guidance, Joe Burrow became the Heisman Trophy Winner after he had 60 touchdowns and 5,671 yards through the air in 2019, as compared to just 16 touchdowns and 2,894 yards the year before.

The Carolina Panthers, with a new head coach in Matt Rhule, have the No. 7 overall pick in April's draft.
