DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The man Ezekiel Elliott pushed to the ground at a Las Vegas music festival asked for at least 14 items from the Cowboys running back, including $500,000 in cash.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the father of Kyle Johnson emailed a list of demands to Elliott's attorneys a few days after the incident. Kelly Johnson asked for a public apology from Elliott, a press conference with Elliott and Kyle, $25,000 for the junior college football team his son played for and signed jerseys from Elliott, Dak Prescott, and Amari Cooper.

In addition to those demands, Kelly also asked for tickets to Cowboys games, Ohio State games, and a meet and greet with Jerry Jones.

TMZ reported on Saturday that the Las Vegas police department and prosecutors agreed to not file any charges against Elliott after reviewing all of the evidence.

Back on July 3, the NFL announced that they wouldn't suspend Elliott.

Elliott, who was in attendance at the Electric Daisy Carnival, pushed Johnson over a railing in a parking lot during the altercation and was placed in handcuffs.

Elliott was not arrested, however, as Johnson told the Las Vegas Police he did not intend to press charges. Johnson would later file a police report after the fact, with the resulting investigation coming to a close due to a lack of actionable evidence.

With the regular season quickly approaching, the 24-year-old running back is still in the midst of contract negotiations with the Cowboys, with no clear ending in sight.

Per 105.3 the Fan's Mike Fisher, Elliott reportedly made his way back to the DFW area on August 16th after spending the last couple of weeks in Mexico training during his holdout.
