DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Coming off a two game suspension, Robert Quinn is making his 2019 regular season debut with the Dallas Cowboys against his former Miami Dolphins teammates.

Quinn and his agent worked to engineer a March 29 trade that sent a sixth-round pick in 2020 to the Dolphins, a transaction that came with a new one-year deal worth $8 million in Dallas.

Quinn was drafted 14 overall by the St. Louis Rams in the 2011 NFL Draft, and had 6.5 sacks and 38 tackles for the Dolphins last season.

Quinn isn't making too much of seeing his old team on the schedule this week as he returns from a two-game suspension.

"It's just a football game" said Quinn to DallasCowboys.com "I try not to look too far ahead."

"I don't see a weakness, which is unbelievable to say," Quinn recently said in review of his new Cowboys teammates. "It makes you more excited to come into the building. It makes you want to work harder. You don't want to let anyone down because of what they did last year. I believe I'm a pretty decent player. So I just want to add what I can do and help this team get even better."
