Sergei Zubov & Guy Carbonneau Elected To Hockey Hall of Fame

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Former Dallas Stars Sergei Zubov & Guy Carbonneau have been elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Zubov spent 12 of his 16 seasons with the Stars and helped them win their only Stanley cup in 1999. Zubov also won the cup with the New York Rangers in 1994. 

Carbonneau, who spent his final five seasons with the Stars, was also named to the 2019 Hall of Fame class Tuesday. 

Zubov and Carbonneau become the fifth and six members of the Stars Stanley Cup winning team to be elected into the Hall of Fame. The previous inductees include Mike Modano, Joe Nieuwendyk, Ed Belfour and Brett Hull.
