Terrell Owens: Jerry Jones Can Lift Up Cowboys Locker Room By Firing Jason Garrett

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens has been very critical of Jason Garrett ever since he was cut from the team back in 2009.

Owens went to social media to plead with team owner Jerry Jones to fire Garrett after the Cowboys surprising loss to the winless New York Jets last week.

Hey @realjerryjones!! Still think Jason Garrett is the answer?! For a decade, A DECADE NOW, it's the same old song and dance! I knew they were going to @JasonWitten on the 3rd down prior to TD and knew they were going to him on the 2-pt conversion. Not too late 2 bring me back --

Owens didn't stop there as he took another shot at Garrett on Wednesday morning on our sister station, 95.7 The Game in San Francisco.

"When I see videos of players coming off the field not even acknowledging the head coach ... when I see that from players that lets me know that they are not with Garrett, Owens said of a video that circulated online of players not high-fiving the coach when they came off the field against the Jets. "All Jerry Jones need (s) to do is look at that clip. Those players are not with Garrett. And I guarantee if he made a change right now, it would probably rejuvenate that locker room. Whoever comes in ... they may go on a six-game winning streak."
