According to the probable cause affidavits, Kraft and 24 other men were charged with soliciting prostitution in Jupiter, Florida.

The affidavit alleges that Kraft visited the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on Jan. 19 and 20 this year and includes a written copy of what was seen on surveillance footage on both visits.

According to the affidavit, Kraft paid cash at the front desk of his visit on the 20th and was then escorted to another room. He hugged the woman and took off all his clothes, laid face up on the massage table and she performed sex acts on him.

Kraft was seen leaving the parlor at around 11:15 a.m. ET. The AFC championship game kicked off in Kansas City shortly before 7 p.m. ET.

The prosecutor in the case says Kraft could face up to a year in jail but won't face any human trafficking charges.
