DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - On the heels of losing receiver Cole Beasley in free agency, the Cowboys are bringing in Green Bay Packers slot man Randall Cobb for a visit to The Star today, according to multiple reports.
Cobb, 28, had 38 receptions for 383 yards and two touchdowns in nine games last season for Green Bay. He is coming off a four-year, $40 million deal (with $13 million guaranteed) he signed in 2015.
Prior to an injury-filled season in 2018, Cobb had four straight seasons of at least 60 catches. His best year came in 2014 when he amassed 91 receptions for 1,287 yards and 12 touchdowns.
The Cowboys current starting receivers are Michael Gallup, Amari Cooper, and the just re-signed Tavon Austin. Dallas also employs Allen Hurns and Noah Brown at wideout.
