According to multiple reports, Foles will sign with the Jaguars for four years and $88 million. The deal calls for Foles to earn a guaranteed $50.125 million.

Earlier in the offseason, Cowboys COO Stephen Jones, the team would like to sign quarterback Dak Prescott to an extension this offseason, but Foles' big number will undoubtedly make that number go up.
To provide further context, Foles is earning more guaranteed money than Jimmy Garoppolo ($48.7 million), Derek Carr ($40 million), Drew Brees ($27 million), Andrew Luck ($47 million), Russell Wilson ($31.7 million), Phillip Rivers ($37.5 million), Tom Brady ($28 million), Cam Newton ($41 million), and Ben Roethlisberger ($34.25 million) all earned on their most recent contracts.
