CLEVELAND (105.3 THE FAN) - A Toronto Blue Jay has broken a record held by former Texas Ranger, Josh Hamilton.

Vlad Guerrero Jr. ran 29 home runs in the first round of the Home Run Derby Monday night. Josh Hamilton held the record in 2008 for most home runs in a single round, with 28.

The 20-year-old rookie has only hit eight home runs this season due to injuries.
