KT's TOLO Q&A: Vol. 3

Kevin Turner
It's time for another round of questions from Twitter and the 105.3 The Fan TOLO Facebook group.  Today we cover a myriad of topics from the world of sports and elsewhere.  You can submit any question you'd like featured in a TOLO Q&A article to @ktfuntweets on twitter or to kevin.turner@entercom.com
@AhshaAbuAli Which NFL team will win each division?
KT:  AFC: Patriots, Chiefs, Browns, Colts   WILDCARD: Chargers/Texans

NFC: Cowboys, Rams, Vikings, Saints WILDCARD: Packers/Falcons

@EdgarVa37189630 Do you believe the Rangers are making a huge mistake by selling this year?  It looks like they should sit this out and make trades or get Gerrit Cole this offseason and go at it next summer.
KT:  Hard to know if it’s a mistake until a deal actually happens and you see a return.  There’s a big part of me that thinks going into next season with Minor, Lynn, insert free agent here, and two of Joe Palumbo, Taylor Hearn, Brock Burke etc would be fun.  The smart play is to probably sell whoever nets you a better return out of Minor or Lynn, and then keep the other. The wildcard factor is ownership, and how much they’ll be willing to spend in free agency.  I personally can’t see them paying Gerrit Cole what he’ll be wanting.

Trent Taggart: What do you think it will really take for Jason Garrett to lose his job?
KT:  Not being in the final four. Make it to the NFC Championship game or he’s gone. I truly feel like the lines have been very clearly drawn.

Charles Ryan Lahmers: Who will win the NBA title next year?
KT:  The LA Clippers.

@fishsports Which 105.3 The Fan personality would you most want to room with at Cowboys camp?  And which would you least want to?

KT: Given that I used to live with Jeff and that I normally room with Roy at the Super Bowl, those would be my first two options.  As for the least, well engineer Ted Nichols Payne because he snores like a rabid cheetah, and wouldn’t you know that’s who I will be rooming with this year.  Anybody got any noise cancelling headphones I can borrow?

Kelsey Funderberg:  If you could be a caddy for any pro golfer for a major who would it be?
KT:  Tiger is the easy answer because he’s the most dominant athlete of all time, but I’ll go outside the box and say either John Daly because it would be a party, Fred Couples because he was my dad’s favorite golfer, or my personal friend Greg Chalmers from Australia who now calls DFW home.  Koepka would be fun too, just because he likes to play so fast and definitely wouldn't take it very seriously.

@Picantepantz Best venue in Dallas to see a concert?
KT:  This is really tough, because there are so many great places to see shows in the metroplex.  A lot of this always just goes back to your specific experiences.   I feel like this changes every few years, and I have preferred spots based on the size of the venue or show that i'm attending. Right now I'd say it’s the Toyota Music Factory.  The sound is great in there, while also having the capability to have a large stage presentation.

@AlanCJenkins Twister is the greatest movie ever. Not a question, but just a solid fact.
KT: I disagree. Twister is a very good movie, but I think Billy Madison is the best movie ever. This is the part where you say "Billy Madison sucks", and I respond with YOU SUCK! (If you don't get that sick reference then you haven't seen the greatest movie of all-time)

@Fballgloryhole The last 10 minutes of there will be blood is one of our favorite movie scenes ever. What’s one of yours?
KT: The dinner table scene in The Nutty Professor.

Brendan Shields: What’s a great way to spice up a dull relationship?
KT:  My relationships have only been hot steamy fireworks all the way through.
