For the Dr Pepper Fantasy Football Draft Party on-air contest, listen to the station each weekday (Thursday – Friday) starting Thursday, August 27, 2026 through Friday, August 28, 2026 for the Station to announce a designated codeword during the following contest play windows: (i) 6:00 AM (CT) through 9:59 AM (CT); (ii) 10:00 AM (CT) through 1:59 PM (CT); and (iii) 2:00 PM (CT) through 6:59 PM (CT) (each, a “Contest Play”). Upon hearing the unique codeword for each Contest Play, the designated number caller (as announced by the on-air personality at the time of the cue to call) to 877-881-1053 will have one (1) opportunity within five (5) seconds to correctly state the codeword for that Contest Play. The caller’s first (1st) answer will count as their official answer. If the caller correctly states the codeword, upon verification of eligibility, that caller will receive (i) one (1) Dr Pepper branded prize pack, including one (1) shirt, one (1) baseball cap, and one (1) pair of socks, valued at approximately $75.00 and courtesy of Dr Pepper (the “Qualifying Prize”) and will qualify to win the grand prize (as described below) (each a “Qualifier” and, collectively “Qualifiers”). In the event that the designated caller does not correctly state the codeword for that Contest Play, that caller will not receive a Qualifying Prize and the next caller in order will get the opportunity to correctly state the codeword in the same manner. This process will continue until a verified Qualifier is found for the Contest Play. There will be up to three (3) Contest Plays and up to three (3) Qualifiers each contest day, for a maximum of six (6) Qualifiers in this Contest. An individual may only be a Qualifier one (1) time in this contest. The Station will be the official timekeeper and the SOLE determiner of whether or not a caller correctly states the codeword within the five (5) seconds. This decision is not appealable. On or around Monday, August 31, 2026, up to one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among the up to six (6) verified Qualifiers, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive the one (1) fantasy football draft party at the Dallas Cowboys Corporate Headquarters, consisting of: (i) the opportunity for the grand prize winner and up to eleven (11) guests to hold their fantasy football draft party for up to three (3) hours in the Dallas Cowboys War Room at the Dallas Cowboys Corporate Headquarters, located at One Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034, on Friday, September 4, 2026 starting at 6:00 PM (CT), subject to facility policies and regulations; and (ii) food and beverages for up to twelve (12) people at the fantasy football draft party (selection to be determined by Dr Pepper in its sole discretion), valued at approximately $9,000.00, courtesy of Dr Pepper (the, “Grand Prize”). Prizes in this Contest are non-transferable. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of a prize in this Contest. The potential grand prize winner must complete and submit all required Station paperwork to the Station by 5:00 PM (CT) on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and the Station may, but is not obligated to, select an alternate winner in this Contest, time permitting. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
