HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Rockets guard Russell Westbrook will return for Game 5 against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday, according to multiple reports.
Westbrook, who had been dealing with a quad strain, was upgraded to questionable status when the Rockets and Thunder were scheduled to play Game 5 on Wednesday.
All NBA games that night were postponed after Milwaukee Bucks players decided not to play, in protest of police shooting Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin over the weekend.
The Athletic's Kelly Iko reports Westbrook would have played Wednesday before they agreed on the walkout.
Houston is tied with the Thunder at two games apiece, taking the first two games and dropping the last two.
Adding the former MVP is expected to add a much-needed boost for the Rockets.
