Is there growing pessimism when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys being able to get a deal done with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb before he potentially sits out of regular season games?
Earlier this week, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport dropped a little nugget on the Rich Eisen Show that it's not exactly a slam dunk that Lamb and the Cowboys will have a deal done by the end of training camp.
"I think with CeeDee Lamb - I would not say that it's close because there's a lot of work to be done. But it feels like it's closer than Dak (Prescott's deal) because the market is pretty well defined."
Rapoport then was asked by Eisen if a deal could get done by the start of the season, to which Rapoport responded by saying "there's a path to deal if everyone's pretty reasonable - it could get done."
Shan, RJ and Bobby discussed Rapoport's unsettling report on Lamb and what he said about Prescott's contract negotiations.
