For the fifth time in NFL history, neither the Cowboys nor the Seahawks punted in Thursday night's game at AT&T Stadium. And it showed on the scoreboard, as Dallas outlasted Seattle 41-35 to improve to 9-3 on the season.

After playing three games in the span of 12 days, the Cowboys now have ten days to prepare for their Sunday night matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Here are some takeaways from the game:

Dak Prescott has another MVP-like performance:

With the Dallas defense having an off-night, the team needed a huge performance out of their quarterback to carry them to a victory, and Dak Prescott did just that, passing for 299 yards and three touchdowns. He added 23 yards on seven carries.

CeeDee Lamb goes off again:

Dak Prescott found his favorite target, CeeDee Lamb, early and often in this one. Lamb snagged 12 balls for 116 yards and a touchdown. He added two carries for 30 yards. Lamb has at least 100 yards receiving six times this season.

Yellow laundry everywhere:

The Cowboys defense committed penalty after penalty in the first half, getting flagged seven times for 107 yards. Dallas cleaned up the penalty problems in the second half by only committing two infractions for 20 yards total.

Seattle was also on the receiving end of the penalty-fest, as the team was flagged 10 times for a total of 130 yards.

Cowboys defense struggles:

The Cowboys defense was horrendous in the first three quarters of Thursday's game. Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith was torching Dallas' secondary, namely Defensive Player of the Year candidate DaRon Bland.

Smith and DK Metcalf hooked up for a 73-yard touchdown strike on Seattle's first offensive series. The duo would connect two more times for touchdowns.

Entering the fourth quarter, Seattle was 9-for-11 on third down conversions, but the Dallas defense finally stepped up to the plate, denying Seattle on all three of their third-down conversion attempts in the fourth quarter.

DaRon Bland gets another INT:

DaRon Bland may not have returned an interception for a touchdown, but he did get come away with his eighth interception of the season.

Despite the pick, this will be on to forget for No. 26, as he was beaten consistently by Seattle's receiving core.
