Cowboys & Stephen Jones must stop selling delusional hope team can win NFC East

Dallas Cowboys COO Stephen Jones continues to sell Cowboys fans on the idea that 2-6 team can still make the playoffs.

No team in NFL history has ever started 2-6 and made the playoffs. After yet another loss, this time at the hands of the Eagles, the Cowboys must pick up the pieces again just in time to welcome the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Cowboys must face the reality that they are not going anywhere this season and the quicker they embrace the quicker they can improve. Despite an inspired defensive performance, the offense continues to sputter.

Until the Cowboys face the reality of their problems, things won't change.
