DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Cowboys defensive end Randy Gregory will be "a part of" Wednesday's practice, coach Mike McCarthy said today.
Gregory will participate in a limited fashion to start off and will ramp up his activity level over the next few weeks.
Gregory was conditionally reinstated by the NFL on September 4th after missing more than a year and 191 days following an indefinite suspension by the league for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
The first game Gregory is eligible to play in is Oct. 25 vs the Washington Football Team.
In 28 games with Dallas over his 5-year career, Gregory has 7 sacks, 45 total tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and 23 hits on the quarterback.
