Stephen Jones says team won't make any changes during bye week

Dallas Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones visited with the K&C Masterpiece on Monday morning following Dallas' 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium.

Do you see any personnel or coaching changes during the bye:

"No. I don't. The guys that are here just got to do more. We're not doing enough to get the job done right now. I think the coaching staff, players and management understand that. We've just got to go to work. As I've said, we've got the bulk of our schedule left to play. We're 3-3, not where we want to be, but certainly not out of it."

Do you give the team a pass for missing several players on Sunday?

"No. You don't give passes in this league. Everybody deals with injuries. No one felt like they were getting a pass yesterday. ... No one expected anything like that [on Sunday]. We hold everyone in the organization accountable. We've got to move forward and do the things it's going to take to have type of football team we expect this team to be."

Jones also discussed the offensive struggles, DaRon Bland's status, and much more.
