DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Coming off of a stunning 19-3 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Dallas Cowboys were bit hard by the injury bug, most notably to quarterback Dak Prescott.

However, Prescott was not the only injury on the night for the Cowboys.

Starting safety Jayron Kearse, who left early against the Bucs with a knee injury, has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is expected to miss two to three weeks, Todd Archer of ESPN reports.

And during his weekly Monday visit with 105.3 the Fan, Cowboys COO Stephen Jones also updated the status of offensive lineman Connor McGovern, stating that he could miss multiple games with a high ankle sprain.

The Cowboys will kickoff against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday 3:25 pm in Arlington.
