Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said last week that he didn't see "anything heated up to a level that would cause something to happen" ahead of Tuesday's 3 p.m. CT trade deadline. And it doesn't appear that anything has changed after Dallas whooped the Rams in Week 8.

“Again, this is a competitive thing, as you know. But still, I’m not seeing anything right at this moment. ... I see us right now having a pat hand," Jones said Tuesday morning on 'Shan and RJ' on 105.3 The Fan.

Dallas has been linked to a few players through various media outlets, including running back Derrick Henry and cornerbacks Jaylon Johnson and Patrick Surtain, among others.

However, as it stands, there is nothing imminent in regard to either of those players - or any other player for that matter.

Stay tuned.
