DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Cowboys will be without starting left tackle Tyron Smith until December at the earliest after he suffered an avulsion fracture in his left knee.
Dallas is expected to insert first-round pick Tyler Smith into the starting lineup and have a meeting set with nine-time Pro Bowler Jason Peters on Thursday to see about bringing him into the fold.
